My ideology is simple, I encourage local people to work for me, In 1992 I had 2 members of staff and this has now grown to over 30 full time employees (most of whom are local), they have children in local schools and use local shops, while working with other local business in Brent when commissioning and using contractors etc. All Daniels employees have a self-development plan, as a direct result we have a very low turnover of staff, retaining the best staff is just one of the reasons we have been so successful. Raz Ahmed for example is one of the longest standing members of staff with twenty years’ service at Daniels.
