About me
I am Francis Henry Director of Daniels estate agents, I began my Wembley career in 1992 at High Road Wembley and saw the business expand to five branches across Brent where we now have offices in Sudbury, Wembley, Neasden, Willesden Green and Kensal Rise. I made a conscious decision to stay in Brent, even though opportunities arose elsewhere. I did this because I wanted to give back to local businesses and residents, keeping it local by living and working in Wembley.

My ideology is simple, I encourage local people to work for me, In 1992 I had 2 members of staff and this has now grown to over 30 full time employees (most of whom are local), they have children in local schools and use local shops, while working with other local business in Brent when commissioning and using contractors etc. All Daniels employees have a self-development plan, as a direct result we have a very low turnover of staff, retaining the best staff is just one of the reasons we have been so successful. Raz Ahmed for example is one of the longest standing members of staff with twenty years’ service at Daniels.
